2025 resolutions

I have a huge chunk of work/career goals, but don't feel comfortable and probably am not even allowed to share them publicly (KPIs amirite). Everything else I'm splitting into 3 categories: health, habits, and life.

Health

  • Everything in range in Function Health panel
  • Biological age 20 (from Function)
  • Fitness age 25 (from Garmin)
  • Resting heart rate 50
  • V02 max 45
  • One 5k a month, one 10k by end of year
  • 200 lb squat
  • 135 lb bench fr
  • 265 lb deadlift
  • Splits all ways
  • Focus on micronutrients again+ at least 90g of protein daily

Habits

  • Daily screen time maxes for my worst offenders:
    • Reddit - 30 min
    • TikTok - 30 min
    • Twitter - 15 min
    • Instagram - 10 min
  • Read at least a page a day

Life

  • Join a club or community in Seattle
  • Help Carlos launch meal prep business
  • Save 30% of income (after investments)
  • One date night per month fr
  • Get both kids in weekly activities
  • Decide where we’re buying a house
