2025 resolutions
I have a huge chunk of work/career goals, but don't feel comfortable and probably am not even allowed to share them publicly (KPIs amirite). Everything else I'm splitting into 3 categories: health, habits, and life.
Health
- Everything in range in Function Health panel
- Biological age 20 (from Function)
- Fitness age 25 (from Garmin)
- Resting heart rate 50
- V02 max 45
- One 5k a month, one 10k by end of year
- 200 lb squat
- 135 lb bench fr
- 265 lb deadlift
- Splits all ways
- Focus on micronutrients again+ at least 90g of protein daily
Habits
- Daily screen time maxes for my worst offenders:
- Reddit - 30 min
- TikTok - 30 min
- Twitter - 15 min
- Instagram - 10 min
- Read at least a page a day
Life
- Join a club or community in Seattle
- Help Carlos launch meal prep business
- Save 30% of income (after investments)
- One date night per month fr
- Get both kids in weekly activities
- Decide where we’re buying a house
